The invention particularly relates to an unequal-height double-fulcrum full-rotation type light truss hoisting device and a construction method. The problems that hoisting equipment cannot fully cover a construction surface, the bearing capacity of a structural floor is insufficient, the hoisting equipment or a scaffold and a steel plate are difficult to support, and the occupied area is large when the hoisting equipment or the scaffold and the steel plate are erected for hoisting the high-altitude circular building in the prior art are solved. The invention discloses an unequal-height double-fulcrum full-rotation type light truss hoisting device which comprises a main stand column rotating mechanism fixed at the central point of a circular building, a fulcrum walking mechanism rotating around the main stand column rotating mechanism, a truss hoisting mechanism located between the main stand column rotating mechanism and the fulcrum walking mechanism, and an annular rail. The main stand column rotating mechanism, the fulcrum walking mechanism and the truss hoisting mechanism are jointly operated to form a double-fulcrum circular working coverage capable of achieving 360-degree full rotation; the construction space is released, multi-specialty cross construction is achieved, the construction period is shortened, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明具体是一种不等高双支点全回转式轻型桁吊装置及施工方法,解决了现有采用吊装设备或者搭设脚手架以及钢板的方式进行高空圆形建筑物吊装作业时存在吊装设备无法全面覆盖施工面、结构楼板的承载力不足难以支撑吊装设备或脚手架以及钢板、占用面积大的问题。一种不等高双支点全回转式轻型桁吊装置,包括固定于圆形建筑物中心点的主立柱旋转机构、围绕主立柱旋转机构旋转的支点行走机构、位于主立柱旋转机构和支点行走机构之间的桁吊机构和环形轨道。本发明中主立柱旋转机构、支点行走机构和桁吊机构的联合运作,形成了可360°全回转的双支点圆形工作覆盖面;释放施工空间,实现了多专业交叉施工,缩短了工期,提高了工作效率。
