The invention provides a columnar steel structure segment overturning and hoisting method in the field of steel structures. When a columnar steel structure is hoisted in a segmented mode, the main hook and the auxiliary hook cooperatively work for hoisting, the pulley is applied to the main hook to balance the state of the segment in the hoisting process, the fixing clamp and the segment hook are used for fixing the segment on the auxiliary hook to provide hoisting support for turning over, and a crane and the auxiliary hook are reasonably utilized to complete hoisting and turning over of the segment. The technical problem that when a traditional columnar steel structure segment is lifted and turned over, two lifting hooks cannot steer in the segment state under the same crane is solved. According to the method, the sections can be turned over by 90 degrees, the sections can be turned by 90 degrees in the longitudinal direction during hoisting, turning and transferring on a jigger are facilitated, and meanwhile the number of used lifting lugs is reduced. The method is suitable for being applied to the columnar steel structure segment overturning and hoisting method.

    本发明提出的是钢结构领域的一种柱状钢结构分段翻身吊装方法。本发明在柱状钢结构分段吊运时运用主、副钩协同作业进行吊运,主钩上运用滑轮来平衡分段在吊运过程中的状态,在副钩上利用固定卡具与分段吊钩固定分段为翻身提供吊运支撑,合理的利用吊车和副钩,完成分段的吊运和翻身。解决了传统柱状钢结构分段在吊运翻身时,两个吊钩在同一吊车下分段状态无法转向的技术问题。该方法可以使分段90度翻身,在吊运时纵向90度转向,方便翻身上盘车转运,同时减少了吊耳使用数量。适宜作为一种柱状钢结构分段翻身吊装方法应用。
