According to the method, the target lane used for driving of the unmanned vehicle is planned in advance in the road where the unmanned vehicle is located, object detection and recognition are still conducted on the road area in front of the unmanned vehicle in the driving process of the unmanned vehicle, driving of the unmanned vehicle is controlled according to the detection and recognition result, and the unmanned vehicle can be prevented from colliding with pedestrians or other vehicles and can pass smoothly.
