The invention provides an electric automobile high-voltage energy storage system which comprises a control system, a super capacitor bank, a lithium battery pack and a driving motor, a one-way voltage reduction DC/DC converter and a control switch are connected between the driving motor and the lithium battery pack, and the output end of the super capacitor bank and the output end of the lithium battery pack are connected to the driving motor. The input end is connected to the controller. When the electric automobile runs, a control instruction is output to the one-way voltage reduction DC/DC converter and the control switch through the control system, and power output of the lithium battery pack and the super capacitor bank is controlled. The hybrid power supply energy storage system for the electric vehicle can realize four working modes while realizing high-voltage working, and truly simulates the working modes of the hybrid power supply when the electric vehicle is in the states of starting, acceleration, constant speed, deceleration and the like.
