The main body comprises a shell, a buffer device, a supporting tube, a storage battery and a lamp tube, the buffer device comprises a rotating device, a swing tube, a wire groove and a solar panel, the rotating device comprises a clamping seat, a rotating groove, a clamping groove and a rotating block, the rotating block comprises a rotating disc, a rotating frame, a first clamping block, a second clamping block, a reset spring and a through hole, and the first clamping block comprises an embedding and fixing seat, a clamping plate, a limiting ring and a spring groove. According to the invention, crosswind impacts the end face of the solar panel, so that the swing pipe drives the rotating block to rotate in the clamping groove, thereby reducing the impact force of the crosswind on the main body, and avoiding the toppling of the main body.
