An electric aircraft energy dynamic optimization management system can be optimized in real time so as to be matched with the full life cycle aging process of an electric aircraft as much as possible, and comprises a monitoring module and a plurality of management units, and each management unit is provided with a health assessment and fault diagnosis/prediction module (former) and a dynamic optimization management module (latter). The health index calculation module can calculate the health index of the electric aircraft at the current moment and predict the health state of the electric aircraft at each moment after the current moment, the energy optimization module can execute a rule-based control mode and an energy optimization mode at different time sequences, and the time sequences of the different control modes are integrated, so that the health state of the electric aircraft at each moment after the current moment can be predicted. According to the method, real-time control over a plurality of management objects of different levels is achieved, and under the time sequence of executing the energy optimization mode, based on the health state, obtained through prediction of the former, of the electric aircraft after the current moment, control with better comprehensive performance for all the management objects compared with a rule-based control mode is conducted through the latter.
