According to the four-quadrant composite recycling and regenerating integrated winch driving system, the advantages of electric driving and hydraulic driving are integrated, cooperative active control over the rotating speed and the torque of the motor and passive control over the energy accumulator-variable hydraulic pump motor are utilized, and the stability of the system is improved. And integration of electric power generation-variable hydraulic pump motor multi-quadrant coordination control and energy combined type recovery and regeneration is realized. The high energy density of the electric energy storage unit and the good control characteristic of the motor are exerted, and a solution is provided for the problems of secondary gliding of the load and limited energy recovery of the energy accumulator; the closed type hydraulic system which the energy accumulator-variable hydraulic pump motor belongs to is used for obtaining high power density and near-zero rotating speed large torque output, and the problems that an electric drive winch is high in energy consumption, and part of energy is consumed in a balance valve and a multi-way valve are solved. According to the pure electric winch driving system, noise and pollution of an engine to the environment are reduced, the working efficiency of the whole machine is greatly improved, the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction in China are met, intelligent control is conveniently achieved, and the system adapts to age development.

    本发明提供了一种四象限复合回收再生一体化卷扬驱动系统,该系统综合电驱和液驱的优势,利用电机转速和转矩的协同主动控制、蓄能器‑变量液压泵马达的被动控制,实现电动发电‑变量液压泵马达多象限协调控制和能量复合式回收再生一体化。发挥电储能单元高能量密度和电机良好的控制特性为负载二次下滑和蓄能器回收能量有限的问题提供了解决途径;利用蓄能器‑变量液压泵马达所属的闭式液压系统获得高功率密度和近零转速大转矩输出缓解了电驱卷扬能耗高、部分能量损耗在平衡阀及多路阀的问题。纯电动化卷扬驱动系统减少了发动机对环境产生的噪声与污染、大大提高了整机工作效率符合我国节能减排的要求,便于实现智能化控制适应了时代的发展。
