A double-rail double-channel rail assembly comprises a left rail body, a middle rail body and a right rail body, the left rail body, the middle rail body and the right rail body are parallel in pairs, a first channel is clamped between the left rail body and the middle rail body, and a second channel is clamped between the middle rail body and the right rail body. The left rail body, the middle rail body and the right rail body are respectively an upper rail body and a lower rail body, and the upper rail body and the lower rail body are combined in a fusiform structure with the two ends attached to each other and the upper arch and the lower arch opposite to each other in the middle. An upper slideway is respectively clamped between the left upper rail body and the middle upper rail body and between the middle upper rail body and the right upper rail body; a lower slide way is respectively clamped between the left lower rail body and the middle lower rail body as well as between the middle lower rail body and the right lower rail body; the upper slideway and the lower slideway are in sliding fit with the mine car clamped between the upper slideway and the lower slideway, and the mine car is in reciprocating sliding fit along the first channel or the second channel; during application, an upper and lower double-track optimized structure and a double-channel redundancy design are adopted, so that a plurality of mine cars can run at the same time, and the running efficiency is improved. Therefore, the invention not only has lower manufacturing cost, but also has higher operating efficiency.

    一种双轨双通道轨道组件中,包括左、中、右三个轨体,左、中、右轨体两两相互平行,左、中轨体之间夹成有第一通道,中、右轨体之间夹成有第二通道;左、中、右轨体均为上下两个轨体,上下轨体之间的结合形式都为两端相贴合,中部呈现为上下拱形正对的梭形结构;左上、中上轨体之间,中上、右上轨体之间各自夹成有一个上滑道;左下、中下轨体之间,中下、右下轨体之间各自夹成有一个下滑道;上滑道、下滑道都与夹在其间的矿车进行滑动配合,且矿车沿第一通道或第二通道进行往复的滑动配合;在应用时,上下双轨道优化结构,双通道冗余设计,可同时容纳多台矿车的同时运行,提升了运行效率。因此,本发明不仅制造成本较低,而且运行效率较高。
