The invention relates to the field, in particular to an urban infrastructure concrete prefabricated component connecting device which comprises a rotating rod, two assembling mechanisms and a plurality of prefabricated slabs, the two assembling mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the prefabricated slabs, and the rotating rod is arranged between the two assembling mechanisms and fixedly connected with the two assembling mechanisms. Each assembly mechanism comprises a rotating assembly and two press-fit assemblies, the rotating assemblies are fixedly arranged at one ends of the rotating rods, the two press-fit assemblies are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the two sides of the rotating assemblies, and the two press-fit assemblies correspond to the two adjacent prefabricated slabs correspondingly. The concrete precast slabs can be tightly spliced and hoisted by embedding the pressing blocks into the caulking grooves of the precast slabs and manually rotating the adjusting rotating handle, so that convenience, rapidness, safety and high efficiency are achieved, and the splicing and hoisting efficiency of the concrete precast slabs can be greatly improved.
