The invention discloses a multi-angle movable lifting appliance for profile steel processing, which comprises a crane and a lifting appliance structure, the crane is a truss type crane or a multi-degree-of-freedom crane, and the lifting appliance structure can be lifted at the tail end of the crane through a lifting hook; the lifting appliance structure comprises a lifting ring seat, a stand column and a lifting appliance module, and the lifting ring seat is fixed on the stand column and can be connected with the lifting hook; the multiple lifting tool modules are distributed on the outer side face of the stand column, each lifting tool module comprises a steel frame, a first motor, a lead screw, a lead screw base, a profile steel fixing plate and an auxiliary fixing unit, sliding grooves are formed in the two sides of the front end of each steel frame, the first motors are installed on the inner sides of the steel frames, and the shaft ends of the first motors are connected with the lead screws. The lifting appliance is connected to the truss type crane or the multi-degree-of-freedom crane, multi-degree-of-freedom and multi-angle movement of the lifting appliance is achieved through the crane, the lifting appliance is composed of the stand column and the lifting appliance modules installed on the four sides of the stand column, each lifting appliance module can lift one piece of H-shaped steel, and compared with a single lifting appliance, the lifting efficiency is higher.

    本发明公开了一种型钢加工用多角度移动吊具,包括吊机与吊具结构,吊机为桁架式吊机或多自由度吊机,吊机末端通过吊钩可吊运有吊具结构;吊具结构包括吊环座、立柱、吊具模块,吊环座固定在立柱上,吊环座可与吊钩连接;所述吊具模块设有多个且其分布于立柱外侧面,每一吊具模块均包括钢框架、第一电机、丝杠、丝杠座、型钢固定板与辅助固定单元,钢框架前端两侧设有滑槽,第一电机装于钢框架内侧,第一电机轴端连接有丝杠。本发明通过将吊具连接于桁架式吊机或多自由度吊机上,利用吊机实现吊具的多自由度、多角度移动,而且吊具采用立柱以及安装在立柱四侧的吊具模块组成,每一吊具模块均可吊装一H型钢,相较于单一吊具,吊运效率更高。
