The invention discloses an automatic horizontal transportation system for a wharf, which is characterized in that an AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle) operation area of the wharf is sequentially arranged into an operation area under a shore bridge, a high-speed operation area and a sea side interaction area from a sea side to a land side, the number of lanes of the operation area under the shore bridge is reduced from seven to four, and the lanes on the sea side and the land side are respectively configured as traffic lanes; the two middle lanes are configured to be interactive lanes; an AGV buffer lane arranged in an existing wharf is omitted, at least one lane, close to the sea side, of a high-speed running area is configured to be the buffer lane, a plurality of parking spaces are configured in the buffer lane, a set distance is reserved between every two parking spaces to serve as an AGV passing area, and the AGV can enter a working area under a shore bridge or the high-speed running area through the AGV passing area under dispatching; based on the optimization method provided by the invention, the AGV operation area of the automatic wharf is more compact in layout while the AGV operation requirement of the wharf is ensured, and the AGV operation efficiency of the wharf is remarkably improved.

    本发明公开了一种码头自动化水平运输系统,将码头AGV运行区域从海侧向陆侧依次布设为岸桥下作业区、高速运行区和海侧交互区,将岸桥下作业区的车道从现有的七条减少为四条,其中海侧和陆侧的分别配置为通行车道,中间两条配置为交互车道;取消了现有码头布设的AGV缓冲车道,将高速运行区靠近海侧的至少一条车道配置为缓冲车道,在缓冲车道内配置若干停车位,两两停车位之间保留设定间距作为AGV穿行区,AGV可以在调度下经AGV穿行区进入岸桥下作业区或高速运行区;基于上述本发明给出的优化方法,在保证码头AGV作业需求同时使自动化码头的AGV运行区域在布局上更紧凑,且显著提高了码头AGV作业效率。
