The suction negative pressure type thruster comprises a suction part (1), a barrel part (2) and a supporting part (3), an air pipe (1-2) is connected between a vacuum pump (1-1) and an outer barrel (2-1-2), the upper portion and the lower portion between the outer barrel (2-1-2) and an inner barrel (2-1-2) are sealed through an upper cover plate (2-1-3) and a lower cover plate (2-1-4) respectively, the inner barrel (2-1-1) is provided with a hole, and the vacuum pump (1-1) and the outer barrel (2-1-2) are connected through the air pipe (1-2); and the lower cover plate (2-1-4) is fixed on the airplane through the supporting part (3). In the working process, the vacuum pump (1-1) is started, air in the space defined by the inner cylinder (2-1-1) and the lower cover plate (2-1-4) is sucked away, a negative pressure area is formed in the space, the lower cover plate (2-1-4) is pulled, and the pulling force pulls the aircraft to sail forwards. Compared with an existing engine, the method is high in working efficiency and long in one-way stroke.
