The invention discloses a lifting type floating wharf shore connection device and a construction method thereof.The lifting type floating wharf shore connection device comprises a shore-based guide rail device (1), a step bridge device (2) and a traction device (3), the shore-based guide rail device (1) is constructed on a wharf (17), one end of the step bridge device (2) is installed in an annular guide rail (5) of the shore-based guide rail device (1) through a guide rail wheel (8), and the other end of the step bridge device (2) is erected on a wharf boat (16) through a universal roller (9); the upper end of the traction device (3) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the step bridge device (2) through a traction slide way (12), and the lower end of the traction device (3) is fixed on the wharf boat (16) through a connecting rod seat (15). According to the lifting type floating wharf shore connection device and the construction method thereof, the floating wharf shore connection device can be automatically adjusted along with the change of the water level under the condition that personnel intervention and extra power are not needed, and the step bridge carried on a wharf and a wharf boat is always kept in a horizontal state, so that personnel pass conveniently.
