The invention discloses a novel ship deck fireproof stud structure, which relates to the field of ship manufacturing, and comprises a first layer fireproof plate, a second layer fireproof plate, a composite material deck and a split-flow type stud connecting assembly, the first layer fireproof plate is laid on the upper surface of the composite material deck, and the second layer fireproof plate is laid on the lower surface of the composite material deck; the first layer of fireproof plate is connected with the composite material deck through a plurality of groups of shunting type touch nail connecting assemblies; the second layer of fireproof plate is laid on the lower surface of the composite material deck, and the second layer of fireproof plate is connected with the composite material deck through a plurality of groups of split-flow type touch nail connecting assemblies; the split-flow type touch nail connecting assembly comprises an upper-layer touch nail, a middle-layer touch nail, a lower-layer touch nail, a first lining plate and a second lining plate. The upper-layer touch nails, the middle-layer touch nails and the lower-layer touch nails are arranged in a layered mode and are spaced in the radial direction. Multi-layer materials are connected in a novel touch nail connection mode, heat transfer can be effectively blocked, the temperature of the unexposed face is reduced, and the fireproof capacity of the ship is improved.

    本发明公开了一种新型船舶甲板防火碰钉结构,涉及船舶制造领域,包括第一层防火板、第二层防火板、复合材料甲板和分流式碰钉连接组件,其中,第一层防火板铺设于复合材料甲板的上表面,第一层防火板与复合材料甲板通过多组分流式碰钉连接组件连接;第二层防火板铺设于复合材料甲板的下表面,第二层防火板与复合材料甲板通过多组分流式碰钉连接组件连接;分流式碰钉连接组件包括上层碰钉、中层碰钉、下层碰钉、第一衬板、第二衬板;上层碰钉、中层碰钉、下层碰钉采用分层布置,且径向方向存在间隔。本发明采用新型碰钉连接方式进行多层材料之间的连接,能有效阻断热量传递,降低背火面温度,提升船舶防火能力。
