本发明提供了一种集成的前机舱总成及汽车,前机舱总成包括:纵梁,包括左纵梁与右纵梁,左纵梁与右纵梁对称布置;扭力盒,包括左扭力盒与右扭力盒,分别与左纵梁与右纵梁对应螺接;其中,纵梁及扭力盒底部设置有螺纹孔,左纵梁与右纵梁之间螺接有EDU上横梁及EDU下横梁,左扭力盒与右扭力盒之间采用FDS螺接有前围板下横梁,在纵梁与扭力盒连接处的底部还螺接有后悬置安装横梁,前机舱总成的螺接通过单侧操作完成。通过本发明提供的前机舱总成及汽车,使得汽车机舱模块的零件数量大大减少,降低了整车的重量,前机舱总成的结构设计使得安装更加便捷,通用化程度提高,降低了汽车的制造成本及研发成本。
