The transmission assembly is connected with the chassis body, the two ends of the transmission assembly are connected with the wheel assemblies correspondingly, the transmission assembly comprises a transmission rod, a first gear set and a second gear set, and the first gear set and the second gear set are arranged at the two ends of the transmission rod correspondingly and connected with the wheel assemblies correspondingly. In the gear transmission self-adaptive terrain chassis, pure mechanical gear transmission is adopted, the precision is high, stability and durability are achieved, the requirement for software control is lowered, the cost is lower, and the overall structure is simple. Besides, the transmission assembly achieves real-time response through the transmission rod and the first gear set and the second gear set which are arranged at the two ends of the transmission rod, and time delay in active control is avoided. In addition, the terrain-adaptive chassis is diversified in use scene, can be universally used indoors and outdoors, and is suitable for various complex environments.

    本发明提供了一种齿轮传动自适应地形底盘,包括:底盘本体,车轮组件,车轮组件分别设置在底盘本体的两侧;传动组件,传动组件与底盘本体连接,且两端分别与车轮组件连接,其中,传动组件包括传动杆以及分别设置在传动杆两端的第一齿轮组和第二齿轮组,第一齿轮组、第二齿轮组分别与车轮组件连接。在该齿轮传动自适应地形底盘中,依靠纯机械齿轮传动,精度高,稳定、耐用,降低了对软件控制的要求,且成本也更低,整体构造结构简单。另外,该传动组件通过传动杆以及设置在传动杆两端的第一齿轮组、第二齿轮组,做到实时响应,避免主动控制中的延时。另外,该自适应地形底盘的使用场景多样化,能够在室内外通用,适用于各种复杂环境。
