The invention relates to the technical field of braking systems, in particular to a dual-redundancy single-shaft electro-hydraulic braking system and a control method. A dual-redundancy single-shaft electro-hydraulic brake system is characterized in that a brake fluid storage pot is a two-cavity brake fluid storage pot or a three-cavity brake fluid storage pot, the brake fluid storage pot comprises a first fluid storage cavity, a second fluid storage cavity and a third fluid storage cavity, the first fluid storage cavity is connected with a left brake control mechanism, and the second fluid storage cavity is connected with a right brake control mechanism. The second liquid storage cavity is connected with the right brake control mechanism, the left brake control mechanism and the right brake control mechanism are connected through a plurality of balance valves, and the balance valves are connected in parallel. Compared with the prior art, a redundant mode of the brake control mechanism, the electromagnetic valve and the balance valve is added, the working mode is not a single switching and starting mode, but is freely and flexibly replaced according to failure conditions, and the situation of redundant control of the brake system is greatly increased in response to various failure conditions.

    本发明涉及制动系统技术领域,具体地说是一种双重冗余的单轴电液制动系统和控制方法。一种双重冗余的单轴电液制动系统,其特征在于:所述的制动液储液壶为两腔式制动液储液壶或者三腔式制动液储液壶,制动液储液壶包括第一储液腔、第二储液腔、第三储液腔,第一储液腔连接左侧制动控制机构,第二储液腔连接右侧制动控制机构,所述的左侧制动控制机构及右侧制动控制机构之间通过若干平衡阀连接,并且若干平衡阀为并联连接。同现有技术相比,增加了制动控制机构、电磁阀及平衡阀的冗余模式,工作方式不是单一的切换、启动模式,而是根据失效情况进行自由、灵活取代工作模式,应对多种失效情况大大增加了制动系统的冗余控制的情况。
