The invention relates to a tire pressure sensor position recognition device, system and method. An embodiment tire pressure sensor position recognition apparatus includes: a receiver configured to receive a signal from a tire pressure sensor mounted on an inner wheel and an outer wheel of a vehicle to have a specific phase difference between the inner wheel and the outer wheel, and to receive information about a wheel pulse count from a wheel speed sensor; and a controller configured to identify a position at which the tire pressure sensor is mounted based on the specific phase difference, the signal received from the tire pressure sensor, and the wheel pulse count.
