The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic, in particular to a missing path recovery method based on sparse license plate recognition data, and the method comprises the steps: extracting a travel track and travel time of each vehicle through the obtained license plate recognition data, carrying out the data cleaning of an abnormal value of the travel track, and guaranteeing the authenticity and effectiveness of data in a research range; extracting a travel trajectory and travel time to train a machine learning model to obtain an optimal solution of the model under historical trajectory data; the obtained optimal solution is used to calculate the transition probability between the intersection point locations, and the negative logarithm of the transition probability is used as the weight between the point locations in the research range; for missing paths of license plate recognition data, a candidate path set is calculated by adopting a K-rule shortest path algorithm, and then score sorting is performed on the candidate path set according to four indexes including the number of passing intersections, the travel distance, the number of vehicle turning times and the trajectory preference degree based on a superior and inferior solution distance method, so that an evaluation result is obtained. And taking the path with the highest score as a complete trip chain of the missing path.

    本发明涉及智能交通技术领域,具体涉及一种基于稀疏车牌识别数据的缺失路径恢复方法,通过获取的车牌识别数据提取出每辆车的出行轨迹和出行时间,对出行轨迹的异常值进行数据清洗,保证研究范围内数据的真实有效;提取出行轨迹和出行时间训练机器学习模型,得到满足历史轨迹数据下模型的最优解;用所得最优解计算交叉口点位间的转移概率,将转移概率的负对数作为研究范围内点位间的权重;针对车牌识别数据的缺失路径,采用K则最短路径算法计算出候选路径集,再基于优劣解距离法按照途经交叉口数目、行程距离、车辆转弯次数、轨迹偏好程度四个指标对候选路径集进行得分排序,获得评价结果,将最高得分路径作为缺失路径的完整出行链。
