The invention discloses a waterproof wear-resistant coating and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that nanoscale silicon dioxide particles and a 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorodecyl trimethoxy silane solution are added into a dimethylformamide solution, then micron-sized polytetrafluoroethylene particles are added, heating and stirring are conducted, and modified micro-nano particle dispersion liquid is obtained; adding a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and a curing agent into the modified micro-nano particle dispersion liquid, heating and stirring to obtain the waterproof wear-resistant coating. And the waterproof wear-resistant coating is coated on the substrate. By adopting the method, the modified nano-scale silicon dioxide particles and the micron-scale polytetrafluoroethylene particles can be fully mixed, and the nano-scale silicon dioxide particles are protected, so that the wear resistance of the waterproof wear-resistant coating is improved. Moreover, the waterproof wear-resistant coating has good waterproofness, can be applied to the surface of the wading vehicle, and can effectively reduce the resistance of the wading vehicle in the movement process, improve the navigation speed and reduce the energy consumption.
本发明公开了一种防水耐磨涂层及其制备方法、应用,制备方法包括:在二甲基甲酰胺溶液中加入纳米级二氧化硅颗粒和1H,1H,2H,2H‑全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷溶液,再加入微米级聚四氟乙烯颗粒,进行加热搅拌,得到改性微纳颗粒分散液;将热塑性聚氨酯弹性体和固化剂加入改性微纳颗粒分散液中,并加热搅拌,得到防水耐磨涂料;将防水耐磨涂料涂覆到基体上。采用上述方法,可将改性后的纳米级二氧化硅颗粒和微米级聚四氟乙烯颗粒混合充分混合,保护纳米级二氧化硅颗粒,从而提高防水耐磨涂层的耐磨性。而且,防水耐磨涂层具有良好防水性,可应用在涉水航行器的表面,能有效降低涉水航行器在运动过程中的阻力,提高航行速度,减少能源消耗。
