The invention relates to cutting-resistant and wear-resistant off-the-road tire tread rubber as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the tread rubber comprises the following components in parts by mass: based on the total mass of natural rubber as 100 parts, 5-65 parts, preferably 10-40 parts, of epoxidized natural rubber; 30 to 75 parts of carbon black, preferably 40 to 65 parts; and 15 to 45 parts of white carbon black, preferably 20 to 40 parts. According to the invention, the epoxy natural rubber is added into the natural rubber, the existence of epoxy groups leads to large internal friction of chain segments, and then the damage of stress to materials is relieved in a heat generation form through internal friction, so that the cutting resistance and wear resistance of the tread rubber are greatly improved.

    本发明涉及一种耐切割耐磨的工程机械轮胎胎面胶及其制备方法及应用,所述胎面胶包括质量份数的如下组分:以天然橡胶的总质量为100份计,含有环氧化天然橡胶5~65份,优选为10~40份;炭黑30~75份,优选为40~65份;白炭黑15~45份,优选为20~40份。本发明在天然胶中加入环氧天然胶,环氧基团的存在导致链段内摩擦大,继而通过内摩擦,以生热的形式缓解应力对材料的破坏,大大提高了胎面胶的耐切割耐磨性能。
