The invention provides an indoor monorail hoisting beam mounting method, and relates to the technical field of hoisting. The method comprises the following steps: S1, mounting a through bolt on an indoor top surface beam above a predicted mounting position of a monorail hanging beam in a penetrating manner; and S2, the installation position of the reverse hoisting device is determined on the beam according to the predicted installation position of the monorail hoisting beam. And S3, a reverse hoisting device is installed, the reverse hoisting device comprises a vertical plate, a hoisting plate and an electric hoist, the vertical plate is connected to the end of the opposite-penetrating bolt corresponding to the installation position of the reverse hoisting device, the hoisting plate is connected to the vertical plate, and the electric hoist is installed on the hoisting plate. And S4, fixing plates are connected to the ends, except the ends connected with the reverse lifting devices, of the opposite-penetrating bolts correspondingly. And S5, the electric hoist is used for lifting the monorail hanging beam to the predicted installation position of the monorail hanging beam. And S6, the monorail hanging beam is connected to the fixing plate. And S7, the reverse hoisting device is dismantled, and monorail hoisting beam installation is completed. According to the method, other hoisting machines are not needed, the construction cost is saved, operation is convenient, and the construction risk during installation is low.

    本发明提供一种室内单轨吊梁安装方法,涉及吊装技术领域。本方法包括:S1、在位于单轨吊梁预计安装位置上方的室内顶面梁上穿装对穿螺栓。S2、根据单轨吊梁预计安装位置在梁上确定反吊装置安装位置。S3、安装反吊装置,反吊装置包括立板、吊装板和电动葫芦,立板连接在反吊装置安装位置对应的对穿螺栓端部,吊装板连接在立板上,电动葫芦安装在吊装板上。S4、在除连接有反吊装置之外的对穿螺栓端部上分别连接固定板。S5、使用电动葫芦将单轨吊梁提升至单轨吊梁预计安装位置。S6、将单轨吊梁连接在固定板上。S7、拆除反吊装置,完成单轨吊梁安装。本方法无需采用其他吊装机械,节省施工成本,且操作方便,安装时的施工风险低。
