The take-off and landing platform shell module comprises a take-off and landing area, a parking area, a mechanical transmission area and a power area; the parking area is arranged on the lower portion of the lifting area, the mechanical transmission area is arranged on the lower portion of the parking area, and the power area is arranged on the lower portion of the mechanical transmission area. The driving motor is arranged in the power area; the invention further relates to a using method of the shipborne unmanned aerial vehicle remote control take-off and landing platform. The take-off and landing platform is installed on the ship, so that the shipborne unmanned aerial vehicle can take off and land at all positions of the ship, manual labor of sailors in the take-off and landing process of the shipborne unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced or eliminated, the maneuverability and cruising ability of the shipborne unmanned aerial vehicle are improved, and the protection effect of the shipborne unmanned aerial vehicle is improved.
