The invention discloses a nanometer energy-absorbing ball distribution method of a car arrester and the nanometer energy-absorbing car arrester, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining design parameters of the car arrester based on a target vehicle; obtaining the values of pressures which can be borne by the nano energy-absorbing balls with different diameters; calculating the number of the nano energy-absorbing balls with different diameters to be arranged on the basis of the design parameters of the car arrester and the pressure intensity values capable of being borne by the nano energy-absorbing balls with different diameters; and based on the obtained number of the nano energy-absorbing balls with different diameters to be arranged, the corresponding nano energy-absorbing balls are buried on the impact surface of the vehicle assembling device. The adaptability of selection and distribution of the nanometer energy-absorbing balls and the target vehicle is higher, the buffering and damping effects of the nanometer energy-absorbing balls can be fully exerted, and the overall buffering effect of the car arrester is improved.
