The invention discloses a buffering and damping structure and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicles. The buffering and damping structure comprises a battery frame, a locking mechanism, a battery replacing base and a buffering mechanism, wherein the battery frame comprises a bearing surface and a crimping part which are oppositely arranged; the locking mechanism comprises a pressure head and a suspension end which are connected with each other, and the pressure head is positioned above the crimping part and can tightly press the crimping part; the battery replacing base is fixed to the vehicle frame, the battery frame is arranged between the pressing head and the battery replacing base, and the battery frame and the battery replacing base are arranged between the pressing head and the suspension end. The buffering mechanism is arranged between the battery replacing base and the suspension end, and the suspension end can move in a reciprocating mode in the buffering direction of the buffering mechanism. According to the buffering and damping structure, under the condition that size errors and vibration exist in the battery frame, the locking mechanism can be kept tightly pressing the battery frame, meanwhile, the battery frame and the locking mechanism are prevented from being directly impacted during vibration, the service life of the battery frame and the service life of the locking mechanism can be prolonged, and the running safety of a vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种缓冲减震结构及车辆,涉及电动汽车技术领域。缓冲减震结构包括电池框架、锁止机构、换电底座和缓冲机构,电池框架包括相对设置的承载面和压接部;锁止机构包括相连接的压头和悬置端,压头位于压接部的上方并能压紧压接部;换电底座固定于车架上,电池框架设置于压头与换电底座之间,且电池框架和换电底座设置于压头和悬置端之间;缓冲机构设置在换电底座和悬置端之间,悬置端能沿缓冲机构的缓冲方向往复移动。该缓冲减震结构能够在电池框架存在尺寸误差和震动的情况下,保持锁止机构对电池框架的压紧,同时避免振动时电池框架和锁止机构直接受到冲击,能延长电池框架和锁止机构的使用寿命,保证车辆行驶的安全性。
