The invention provides a charging host and charging equipment, relates to the technical field of energy, and aims to solve the problems of low integration level of the charging host and the like. The charging host provided by the invention can comprise a cabinet body, and a power distribution circuit, a power conversion circuit and a power sharing circuit which are arranged in an accommodating cavity of the cabinet body; the input end of the power distribution circuit is connected with the input port of the charging host, and the input end of the power conversion circuit is connected with the output end of the power distribution circuit and used for converting alternating current into direct current; and the input end of the power sharing circuit is connected with the output end of the power conversion circuit, and the output end of the power sharing circuit is connected with a plurality of output ports of the charging host and is used for distributing the output power of each output port. In the charging host provided by the invention, the power distribution circuit, the power conversion circuit and the power sharing circuit are all arranged in the accommodating cavity, so that the integrated arrangement of the charging host is realized, the layout of the charging host is more compact, and the power density can be improved.
