The control method comprises the steps that the position information of a vehicle and the current driving vehicle speed are detected; calculating a vehicle control speed Vi, comparing the vehicle control speed Vi with set danger level vehicle speeds V1 and V2, and judging the danger level of the vehicle; an accelerator signal of a current accelerator pedal is collected, and accelerator signal output of the accelerator pedal is controlled according to the danger level of the vehicle; when the danger level is judged to be the general danger level, the vehicle runs normally; when the dangerous grade is judged, accelerator signal output of the accelerator pedal is cut off, and the speed is limited; and when the serious danger level is judged, accelerator signal output of the accelerator pedal is cut off, the motor is controlled to stop working, and emergency braking of the vehicle is achieved. The vehicle speed is obtained in real time through CAN bus communication, the real-time changing state of the whole vehicle is judged, control over the accelerator pedal accelerator signal is achieved according to the current state of the whole vehicle, and then precise control over the vehicle speed is achieved.
本申请公开了一种基于CAN总线的车速闭环控制方法及系统,控制方法包括:检测车辆的位置信息和当前行驶的车速;计算车辆控制速度Vi,并将其与设定的危险等级车速V1、V2进行对比,判断车辆所处的危险等级;采集当前的加速踏板的油门信号,并根据车辆所处的危险等级,控制加速踏板的油门信号输出;当判断为一般危险等级时,车辆正常运行;当判断为较危险等级时,断开加速踏板的油门信号输出,限速;当判断为严重危险等级时,断开加速踏板的油门信号输出,控制电机停止工作,车辆实现紧急制动。本申请通过CAN总线通信实时获取车速并判断整车实时变化的状态,根据整车当前的状态实现对加速踏板油门信号的控制进而达到对车速的精准控制。
