The invention relates to an efficient four-degree-of-freedom comprehensive transmission device which comprises a hydraulic torque converter, a planetary speed change mechanism, a fan hydro-viscous speed regulation component, a gear shifting hydraulic control component, a hydraulic stepless steering component and a hydraulic-mechanical combined braking component. On the basis of four planet rows, the functions of seven forward gears, one central steering gear and three reverse gears and efficient power transmission of the transmission device are achieved by reasonably controlling combination or separation of gear shifting control components. According to hydraulic stepless steering, a variable pump and a constant displacement motor with back-to-back space structures serve as core components, and zero-differential stepless steering can be achieved. The fan speed regulating device takes a hydro-viscous clutch as a core component to realize stepless regulation of the rotating speed of the fan. According to the hydraulic-mechanical combined braking device, the hydraulic retarder and the mechanical brake form a constant-torque combined braking system, and the continuous and frequent braking performance of a vehicle can be greatly improved.

    本发明涉及一种高效四自由度综合传动装置,包括:液力变矩器,行星变速机构,风扇液粘调速部件,换挡液压操纵部件,液压无级转向部件,液机联合制动部件;本发明以4个行星排为基础,通过合理控制换挡操纵部件的结合或分离,实现传动装置7个前进挡,1个中心转向挡和3个倒挡的功能和高效功率传递。液压无级转向以空间结构背对背的变量泵和定量马达为核心部件可以实现零差速无级转向。风扇调速装置以液粘离合器为核心部件实现风扇转速无级调节。液机联合制动装置以液力减速器与机械制动器组成恒扭矩联合制动系统,可大幅提升车辆连续、频繁制动性能。
