The invention discloses a block chain-based traffic incident intelligent detection method, device and system, and the method comprises the steps: receiving road section data collected by a plurality of information collection devices, and processing the road section data to obtain traffic information; the traffic information comprises a vehicle speed, a motorcade average speed and a motorcade length variation; and detecting the deceleration behavior of the vehicle according to the vehicle speed, then detecting whether the vehicle in the vehicle team has transverse displacement according to the vehicle team average speed and the vehicle team length variation, and judging that the traffic incident occurs on the road section by combining the deceleration behavior of the vehicle and the transverse displacement of the vehicle in the vehicle team. According to the embodiment of the invention, whether the vehicle suddenly decelerates due to the traffic event is judged according to the vehicle speed, and then whether the vehicle transversely moves is judged according to the average speed of the motorcade and the length of the motorcade, so that the traffic event on the road section is more accurately detected, and the method is suitable for the high-speed road section in a low-traffic saturation state.

    本发明公开了一种基于区块链的交通事件智能检测方法、装置及系统,该方法包括:接收若干信息采集设备采集的路段数据,对所述路段数据进行处理后得到交通信息;所述交通信息包括:车辆速度、车队平均速度、车队长度变化量;根据所述车辆速度,检测车辆的减速行为,再根据所述车队平均速度和所述车队长度变化量检测车队中的车辆是否出现横向位移,结合车辆的减速行为和车队中的车辆的横向位移判定路段发生交通事件。采用本发明实施例,先根据车辆速度判断是否有车辆因为交通事件突然减速,再根据车队的平均速度和车队长度判断车辆是否横移,更为准确地检测到路段上交通事件的发生,本发明适用于低交通饱和度状态的高速路段。
