The invention relates to the technical field of casing pipe construction, in particular to a tunnel casing pipe construction method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a working platform is built in a working well at the starting end of a tunnel, a pipe welding machine is arranged on the working platform, and traction equipment is arranged in a working well at the receiving end of the tunnel; s2, water is injected into the tunnel, and the closed first pipe joint is put down to the working platform, so that the first pipe joint enters the water; s3, the front end of the first pipe joint is connected with traction equipment, and the traction equipment pulls the first pipe joint to move; s4, a second pipe joint is lowered to the working platform, and the front end of the second pipe joint is welded to the tail end of the first pipe joint; and S5, the traction equipment continues to drag the first pipe joint and the second pipe joint to advance along the tunnel, operation is conducted in sequence, and construction of the casing pipe in the tunnel is completed. The casing pipe construction method is simple and efficient, large pipeline structures can be conveyed in the tunnel under the condition of small traction force through tunnel water injection, the whole operation process is orderly, and safety is high.

    本发明涉及套管施工技术领域,具体地指一种隧道套管施工方法。按照以下步骤进行:S1、于隧道始发端处的工作井内搭建工作平台,在工作平台上布置焊管机,于隧道接收端的工作井内布置牵引设备;S2、向隧道内注水,下放封闭的首节管节到工作平台上,使首节管节入水;S3、将首节管节的前端与牵引设备进行连接,牵引设备牵引首节管节移动;S4、下放第二节管节到工作平台上,将第二节管节的前端焊接到首节管节的末端;S5、牵引设备继续牵引首节管节和第二节管节沿隧道行进,依次进行,完成隧道内套管施工。本发明的套管施工方法简单、高效,利用隧道注水能够在较小牵引力的情况下在隧道内输送大型管道结构,整个操作过程井然有序,安全性高。
