The invention discloses a pure mechanical automatic speed changing device which comprises a first-stage input shaft assembly, a second-stage shaft assembly and a differential mechanism, the first-stage input shaft assembly is connected with the second-stage shaft assembly in a meshed mode, the second-stage shaft assembly is connected with the differential mechanism in a meshed mode, the first-stage input shaft assembly is used for achieving gear shifting, and the second-stage input shaft assembly is used for achieving gear shifting. The second-stage shaft assembly is used for achieving non-interference of high-gear power transmission, low-gear power transmission and reverse-gear power transmission. Any (reasonably required) vehicle speed upshift and any (reasonably required) vehicle speed downshift can be set; when used in a speed control system, the gear shifting mechanism can realize active gear shifting; the service life is long, and the torque is transmitted without centrifugal friction, so that friction loss is avoided; the automatic gearbox body is simple and compact in overall structure and small in size; out-of-gear is avoided; the design values of the upshift state and the downshift state are different, so that the condition of repeated upshift and downshift is avoided; wherein the clutch can realize high-torque transmission torque; and an electric control automatic gear shifting system can be mainly replaced.
