The invention relates to a steel-concrete composite beam lifting appliance and a lifting method thereof, the lifting appliance comprises four lifting belts, a lifting beam and two supporting beams, the top of the lifting beam is provided with a lifting lug, the lifting beam and the supporting beams are respectively provided with through holes through which the lifting belts penetrate up and down, and the upper ends and the lower ends of the lifting belts are respectively arranged in the lifting belt through holes in the lifting beam and the supporting beams in a penetrating manner and are connected through pin shafts in a penetrating manner. When the steel-concrete composite beam is lifted, a lifting belt through hole is preset in the beam plate, the lifting beam is located above the beam plate, the two supporting beams are supported at the bottoms of two I-shaped steel beams of the steel-concrete composite beam respectively, and the lifting belt penetrates through the lifting belt through hole in the beam plate to be connected with the lifting beam and the supporting beams in a penetrating mode. The lifting appliance cannot slide in the lifting process, so that the safety is high; the hanging belts are perpendicular to the beam slab and do not make contact with the two sides of the beam slab, and the beam slab can be prevented from being extruded and damaged.
