The invention relates to the technical field of lifting appliances, in particular to a transformer manufacturing conveying lifting appliance which comprises a supporting frame, a lifting rope is fixedly connected to the surface of the upper end of the supporting frame, four grabbing rods with barb-shaped sections are installed on the side walls of the periphery of the supporting frame and distributed in a rectangular shape, and the bottom ends of the four grabbing rods are connected with the same bottom plate in a clamped mode; a transformer abuts against the inner wall of the bottom plate, an adjusting device is arranged on the surface of the lower end of the grabbing rod and comprises two clamping grooves, the two clamping grooves are formed in the side wall of the bottom end of the grabbing rod, clamping blocks are inserted into the inner walls of the clamping grooves, and a limiting plate is fixedly connected to one end of each clamping block; a moving rod is fixedly connected to the side, away from the clamping block, of the limiting plate, and a positioning plate slidably penetrates through the arc face of the moving rod. The problem that the hoisting process of the transformer is very inconvenient due to the fact that the transformer is large in size and heavy in weight is solved.
