The invention discloses a bearing mechanism and an automatic material centering method of the bearing mechanism. The bearing mechanism comprises a bearing frame, an elastic component and at least one pair of automatic centering assemblies. The bearing frame is used for bearing materials; the elastic component is connected to the bearing frame and the base and can apply elastic force away from the base to the bearing frame, so that the bearing frame can move in the vertical direction relative to the base. The at least one pair of automatic centering assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the bearing frame and used for abutting against materials, and the automatic centering assemblies are fixedly connected with the bearing frame and movably connected with the base; the at least one pair of automatic centering assemblies can move relative to the base along with the movement of the bearing frame in the vertical direction so that the materials can be limited on the bearing frame in a centering mode. According to the bearing mechanism, the automatic centering assembly can automatically limit the materials on the bearing frame in a centering mode, the materials are prevented from moving front, back, left and right, and the bearing mechanism is simple in structure, high in safety and convenient to operate.
