The invention discloses a multi-separation interstage separation device and a separation method thereof, and relates to the field of aerospace. On one hand, the device comprises a lower stage, an upper stage, an interstage section connected between the lower stage and the upper stage and a separation protection piece, and the interstage section is detachably connected with the upper stage and the lower stage; the separation protection part is located in the interstage cavity and fixedly connected with the upper stage, and when the interstage section part is separated from the upper stage, the separation protection part provides limiting and guiding for separation. On the other hand, the separation method comprises the following steps that after work of the lower stage is finished, the control system sends out a separation instruction once, and the rear section of the stage section is separated from the middle section of the stage section; and after the lower stage separation is completed, the control system sends out a secondary separation instruction before or when the engine works, and the middle stage section and the front stage section of the stage section are separated. Through limiting and guiding of the separation protection piece, the separation point is closer to the upper stage when the middle section of the stage section is separated, and the negative mass on a spacecraft is reduced to the maximum extent.

    本发明公开了一种多次分离的级间分离装置及其分离方法,涉及航天航空领域,一方面,该装置包括下面级、上面级、连接在下面级与上面级之间的级间段和分离防护件,级间段与上面级、下面级分别可拆卸连接,分离防护件位于级间空腔内并与上面级固定连接,当级间段部分与上面级分离时,分离防护件为分离提供限位和导向。另一方面,该分离方法包括以下步骤:当下面级工作结束后,控制系统发出一次分离指令,级间段后段与级间段中段分离;当下面级分离完成后,在发动机工作前或工作时,控制系统发出二次分离指令,级间段中段与级间段前段分离。通过分离防护件的限位和导向,使级间段中段分离时分离点更靠近上面级,最大限度降低航天器上的消极质量。
