The invention relates to the technical field of aerospace, in particular to a common-rail accompanying orbit control method and device for a spacecraft. According to the method, a method for calculating a residence transfer speed increment and a residence retention speed increment is provided aiming at orbit control requirements of whole-course residence transfer and residence retention of N residence points. An optimized orbit control position is determined based on the difference between the eccentricity rate of the orbit of the spacecraft and the eccentricity rate vector of the orbit of the space platform, and a speed increment is applied to the position to eliminate the difference between the eccentricity rate vectors. And the distance between each residence point and the space platform and/or the residence transfer time interval are/is adjusted, so that the difference between the eccentricity rates is eliminated from the total speed increment of residence transfer and keeping, and the spacecraft is controlled in the trace direction to achieve accurate residence. And aiming at the condition that the relative motion track of the spacecraft at the Nth residence point does not reach accurate residence, introducing a double-orbit control method and a single-orbit control method of radial speed increment to realize accurate residence of the spacecraft at the Nth residence point.
