The shaft sleeve is sleeved with a medium side sealing body and an atmosphere side sealing body matched with the medium side sealing body, a medium side sealing cavity is formed between the medium side sealing body and the shaft sleeve, and an atmosphere side sealing cavity is formed between the atmosphere side sealing body and the shaft sleeve; a medium side mechanical sealing structure is arranged in the medium side sealing cavity, and an atmosphere side mechanical sealing structure is arranged in the atmosphere side sealing cavity; the medium side mechanical sealing structure is of a non-contact type, balance type and built-in type structure, and the atmosphere side mechanical sealing structure is of a contact type, non-balance type and built-in type structure. According to the design of the whole mechanical sealing device, a built-in tandem type mechanical sealing structure is adopted, so that the axial force of the device is uniform, the specific pressure of the spring is not affected by the shaft diameter, meanwhile, the influence of the rotating speed on spring deformation is reduced, an inner-stage solid impurity removing system and an outer-stage solid impurity removing system are designed and added, efficient utilization of energy is achieved, and the service life of the mechanical sealing device is prolonged.

    一种浅水船舶艉轴机械密封装置,包括艉轴,艉轴上套设有轴套;轴套上套设有介质侧密封体和与介质侧密封体相配合的大气侧密封体,介质侧密封体与轴套之间形成介质侧密封腔体,大气侧密封体与轴套之间形成大气侧密封腔体;介质侧密封腔体内设有介质侧机械密封结构,大气侧密封腔体内设有大气侧机械密封结构;介质侧机械密封结构为非接触式、平衡型、内装式结构,大气侧机械密封结构为接触式、非平衡型、内装式结构。本发明整个机械密封装置的设计采用内装的串联式机械密封结构,使得装置轴向力均匀,弹簧比压不受轴径影响,同时降低了转速对弹簧变形的影响,并设计添加内外两级固体杂质清除系统,实现能源的高效利用,提高机械密封使用寿命。
