The device comprises a sleeve, a penetrating laying plate, sealing plates and a heat insulation layer, the sleeve is connected to a cabin penetration pipeline in a sleeving mode, the two ends of the sleeve are connected with the cabin penetration pipeline through the sealing plates matched in specification, a heat insulation space is formed among the sleeve, the sealing plates on the two sides and the cabin penetration pipeline, the heat insulation layer is arranged among the heat insulation space, and the penetrating laying plate is welded to the outer wall of the sleeve. The penetrating cladding plate is welded to the bulkhead, and a preset gap exists between the bulkhead and the outer wall of the sleeve. The heat insulation layer is arranged between the welding point and the pipe wall, high temperature generated by welding can be prevented from being transmitted to the pipe wall, a coating on the inner face of the pipe is protected, and the service life of the through-cabin pipeline is prolonged.

    本发明提供一种带隔热层的防管路涂层损坏的船舶管路贯穿装置。本发明包括套筒、贯穿敷板、密封板和隔热层,所述套筒套接在通舱管道上,套筒的两端通过规格匹配的密封板与通舱管道连接,所述套筒、两侧的密封板和通舱管道之间形成隔热空间,其间设置所述隔热层,所述套筒外壁焊接有所述贯穿敷板,所述贯穿敷板与舱壁焊接,舱壁与套筒外壁之间存在预设的间隙。本发明在焊接点与管壁之间设置隔热层,可避免焊接产生的高温传递到管壁,保护管内面涂层,延长通舱管道使用寿命。
