The invention relates to a cooling system for an integrated powertrain assembly of an electric vehicle. The integrated powertrain assembly includes an electric motor, a decelerator mechanically coupled to the electric motor, and an inverter electrically connected to at least the electric motor. The cooling system includes a cooling circuit configured such that a cooling medium flows therethrough and such that the cooling medium is at least distributed to the integrated power transmission assembly, the cooling circuit including a fluid turbulence channel formed by at least a plurality of cooling columns and arranged on an inner surface of the heat sink, the heat sink is configured to cool at least one power switching member of the inverter. Wherein the heat sink comprises at least one cooling plate and a cover corresponding to the cooling plate, the plurality of cooling columns are arranged on the cooling plate and the cover corresponding to the cooling plate, and the plurality of cooling columns comprise cooling columns with increased or reduced sizes. The position of the cooling column with the increased or decreased size depends on the position of the electrical element of at least one power switch component so as to adjust the flow rate and flow rate of the coolant in the fluid turbulence channel. The invention further relates to the electric vehicle comprising the cooling system.
