The invention relates to the field of automobile wheel manufacturing, and discloses an anti-disengaging wheel center cover which comprises a cover body and a positioning rib arranged on the inner wall face of the cover body, the cover body is in a circular ring shape, a cover edge is arranged on one side of the cover body, a plurality of concave notches are evenly distributed in the cover edge, and the size of the concave notches is matched with the size of a fastening nut of a wheel; the positioning rib comprises a strip-shaped connecting piece and a clamping plate arranged on the connecting piece, and the connecting piece is perpendicularly connected with the clamping plate. The wheel center cover body is an integrally-formed part, the production process is simple, the production efficiency is high, the center cover can be stably positioned on the rim through the fastening nut by matching the concave notch in the cover edge with the columnar cambered surface on the cover body, and the positioning ribs on the inner wall of the cover body are connected with the rim in a clamped mode, so that the wheel center cover is prevented from being damaged. The central cover can be accurately mounted on the wheel and is not easy to fall off; due to the fact that the number of parts is small, installation and operation are easy and fast, connection is reliable, and the center cover is excellent in anti-disengaging performance.

    本发明涉及汽车车轮制作领域,公开了一种防脱车轮中心盖,包括:盖体与设置在盖体内壁面的定位筋,盖体呈圆环形,盖体的一侧设有盖沿,盖沿上均匀分布有多个凹陷缺口,凹陷缺口的尺寸与车轮的紧固螺母尺寸相适配;定位筋包括带状的连接片与设置在连接片上的卡接板,连接片与卡接板之间垂直连接。本发明中的车轮中心盖盖体采用一体成型件,生产工艺简单、生产效率高,盖沿上的凹陷缺口配合盖体上的柱状弧面可以使紧固螺母将中心盖稳固的定位在轮辋上,盖体内壁的定位筋与轮辋之间卡接连接,不仅可以使中心盖可以精准的安装在车轮上,而且不容易脱落;由于本发明的零部件少,安装操作简单快捷、连接可靠,中心盖防脱性优良。
