The invention relates to an airport electric vehicle charging scheduling method based on a service flight, and solves the technical problems of queuing, charging congestion and low charging efficiency in the charging process of electric special vehicles in an existing airport, and the charging scheduling process comprises the following steps: 1) determining the current state of each electric vehicle according to an Internet of Vehicles system; 2) according to the vehicle networking system and the charging equipment information management system, determining a charging pile used by the vehicle in charging and the residual charging time of the charging pile; 3) determining the current position of the vehicle to be charged according to the vehicle networking system, and calculating the distance between the vehicle and the charging pile; 4) obtaining the time when the vehicle arrives at the charging pile according to the distance between the current position of the vehicle and the charging pile and the running speed of the vehicle; 5) determining the judgment time when the vehicle arrives at each charging pile; and 6) performing comprehensive evaluation on the evaluation time and distance for each electric vehicle to arrive at each charging pile by using the evaluation function, and determining a target charging pile of each vehicle. The charging vehicles are effectively scheduled, the scheduling time and distance are optimized, and the airport service guarantee capability is improved.

    本发明涉及一种基于服务航班的机场电动车辆充电调度方法,其解决了现有机场中电动特种车辆充电过程存在排队、充电拥挤,充电效率低的技术问题,其充电调度过程是:1)根据车联网系统确定各电动车辆的当前状态;2)根据车联网系统及充电设备信息管理系统确定充电中车辆所使用的充电桩及其剩余充电时间;3)根据车联网系统确定需充电车辆当前所处位置,计算该车辆距充电桩的距离;4)根据车辆当前位置距充电桩的距离与车辆的行驶速度得到车辆到达充电桩的时间;5)确定车辆到达各充电桩的评判时间;6)利用评价函数对各电动车辆到达各充电桩的评判时间与距离进行综合评判,确定各车辆的目标充电桩。达到对充电车辆有效调度,优化调度时间及距离,提升机场服务保障能力。
