The invention provides a system operation and maintenance processing method and system based on an interactive gating unit. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining equipment state information of a door body based on a preset interactive door control unit; the equipment state information comprises operation state information and fault state information of the door body; inputting the equipment state information into an operation and maintenance knowledge database to obtain a corresponding instant maintenance strategy; the operation and maintenance knowledge database comprises a prediction network model used for predicting a fault maintenance strategy, and the prediction network model is a deep learning network model obtained based on sample door body state information and an instant maintenance strategy prediction result corresponding to the sample door body state information; and sending the instant maintenance strategy to a corresponding interaction terminal for display. According to the system operation and maintenance processing method based on the interactive door control unit, the maintainability of the door body system can be effectively improved, the fault positioning and maintenance difficulty of the door body system is reduced, and therefore the operation and maintenance management efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供一种基于交互式门控单元的系统运维处理方法及系统。该方法包括:基于预设的交互式门控单元获得门体的设备状态信息;所述设备状态信息包含门体的运行状态信息和故障状态信息;将所述设备状态信息输入到运维知识数据库,获得相应的即时维护策略;所述运维知识数据库中包含用于预测故障维护策略的预测网络模型,所述预测网络模型是基于样本门体状态信息以及所述样本门体状态信息对应的即时维护策略预测结果得到的深度学习网络模型;将所述即时维修策略发送到相应的交互终端进行显示。本发明公开的基于交互式门控单元的系统运维处理方法,能够有效提升门体系统的可维护性,降低门体系统故障定位和维修难度,从而提高了运维管理效率。
