Emergency evacuation is achieved according to different emergency evacuation types, and the fire safety of the hub is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种船舶通过梯级枢纽升船机全时段应急疏散方法及系统,方法包括监测梯级枢纽区域内船舶及升船机的运行状态数据,并实时进行数据分析比对,判定是否发生灾情,若发生灾情则发出报警信息;接到报警信息立即通过计算机视觉监控单元调取灾情位置图像,分析灾情类型、位置信息;同时调取船厢图像,分析船舶与船厢的位置关系及运行状态;融合所述灾情类型、位置信息、船舶与船厢的位置关系及运行状态判定船舶通过梯级枢纽的应急疏散类型为:船舶在升船机船厢停泊完毕随升船机船厢正在上下运行、船舶正在驶入或驶出升船机船厢或待过厢船舶停泊在升船机上下游靠船墩区域。本发明根据不同的应急疏散类型实现应急疏散保障枢纽消防安全。
