The invention relates to the related technical field of hoisting devices, in particular to a ship unloader full-automatic hoisting device which comprises a hoisting assembly, a supporting assembly and two rotatable clamping plates are connected to the bottom of the hoisting assembly, and a telescopic part is arranged to be matched with a rotating assembly to drive the supporting assembly to move and rotate. Materials are grabbed and clamped through cooperation of the structure of the clamping plate and the gravity of the materials, grabbing is stable, energy consumption is low, and the material grabbing device is suitable for hoisting and transporting working occasions where the materials are frequently grabbed.
