The invention provides a large-bearing-capacity tether unfolding device for a space rotating tether system, and relates to the field of in-orbit unfolding, rotation starting and rotation keeping motion stages of the space tether system. Comprising a frame part, a winding drum part, a fixed force bearing assembly, a movable force bearing assembly, a bearing and a motor support. The frame component is arranged on the outermost layer of the device, and the supporting size and the protection unfolding process are stable; the reel component is arranged in the center of the device and provides a spatial position for tether coiling; the bearings are connected at the matched part of the frame and the reel component; the fixed force bearing assembly is arranged on the outermost layer of the device, stable and smooth unfolding is guaranteed, and an anchor point matching position and an external assembly point are provided; the movable force-bearing assembly movably fixes the release end of the tether, the release end of the tether is initially arranged in the groove of the winding drum so that the tether can be stably wound, the release end of the tether moves to the anchor point matching position after unfolding, and a large-bearing force-bearing component is formed. The problems that a large-diameter tether is unstable in the unfolding process and a large-bearing system is unstable are solved, and the device has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in reliability, high in secondary utilization rate and the like.

    本发明提出一种面向空间旋转系绳系统的大承载系绳展开装置,涉及空间系绳系统在轨展开、起旋、旋转保持运动阶段领域;包括框架部件、卷筒部件、固定承力组件和可动承力组件、轴承、电机支架。框架部件在装置最外层,支撑尺寸及保护展开过程稳定;卷筒部件在装置中心,为系绳盘绕提供空间位置;轴承在框架、卷筒部件配合处连接;固定承力组件在装置最外层,保证展开稳定和流畅,提供锚点配合位置与外部装配点;可动承力组件将系绳释放端可动固定,初始在卷筒凹槽内以使系绳稳定盘绕,展开结束移动至锚点配合位置,形成大承载承力部件。本发明解决了大直径系绳展开过程不稳定、大承载系统不稳定的问题,结构简单、可靠性强、二次利用率高等优点。
