The invention relates to an earth observation microsatellite configuration structure of an all-metal aluminum plate and an earth observation microsatellite.The earth observation microsatellite configuration structure comprises a square top plate, a square bottom plate, a square middle partition plate and a square side plate, supporting columns are fixed to the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the four corners of the middle partition plate correspondingly, and the supporting columns are perpendicularly and fixedly connected with the middle partition plate; the upper ends of the four supporting columns located on the upper surface of the middle partition plate are located on the same plane, and the lower ends of the four supporting columns located on the lower surface of the middle partition plate are located on the same plane. The four corners of the top plate are fixedly connected with the upper ends of the four supporting columns located on the upper surface of the middle partition plate respectively, the four corners of the bottom plate are fixedly connected with the lower ends of the four supporting columns located on the lower surface of the middle partition plate respectively, and side plates are fixed to the peripheral edge of the middle partition plate. The top plate, the bottom plate and the side plates define a cubic structure, and the middle partition plate divides the cubic structure into a platform cabin and a load cabin. According to the method, rapid configuration layout and structural design can be carried out, the development time is shortened, the production period is short, and the cost is low.
