The invention discloses an emergency stop control system and method and a pavement machine.The emergency stop control system comprises a low-voltage power supply system, a vehicle control unit (VCU), a motor controller, a motor and an emergency stop switch, and the low-voltage power supply system is connected with the VCU and the motor controller; the emergency stop switch is arranged on a circuit connecting the low-voltage power supply system with the vehicle control unit VCU and the motor controller, and the vehicle control unit VCU is used for generating a braking instruction under the condition that an emergency stop signal of the emergency stop switch is not detected within first preset time when a preset fault occurs. The braking instruction is sent to the motor controller; and the motor controller is used for applying a braking torque to the motor connected with the motor controller according to the braking instruction so as to control the speed reduction of the corresponding motor, so that the power-off task of the vehicle body is completed. According to the method, when a driver cannot make emergency stop operation in time, automatic speed reduction control over the vehicle body is achieved, and riding safety is guaranteed to a certain degree.

    本发明公开一种急停控制系统、方法和路面机械,该急停控制系统包括低压供电系统、整车控制器VCU、电机控制器、电机和急停开关,其中,低压供电系统连接整车控制器VCU和电机控制器,所述急停开关设于连接所述低压供电系统与所述整车控制器VCU和所述电机控制器的电路上,所述整车控制器VCU用于在发生预设故障的第一预设时间内未检测到所述急停开关的急停信号的情况下生成制动指令,并将制动指令发送给电机控制器;电机控制器用于根据制动指令对其连接的所述电机施加制动力矩,以控制对应的电机降速,从而完成车体的下电任务。本方法在驾驶员不能及时做出紧急停车的操作时,实现对车体的自动降速控制,在一定程度上保证了乘车安全。
