A bionic crystal heat exchange core structure comprises a heat exchange core, the heat exchange core is formed by stacking a plurality of spherical shells which communicate with one another, communicating channel spaces in the spherical shells and between the spherical shells are in-spherical fluid channels, and external spaces between the spherical shells are in-spherical gap fluid channels; the fluid channel in the ball is not communicated with the fluid channel in which the external space is the gap outside the ball; the multiple spherical shell structures are arranged in a layered mode, and the sphere centers of all the layers of spherical shells are located on the same plane. According to the heat exchanger using the bionic crystal heat exchange core structure, a heat exchange core is fixed in a shell of the heat exchanger, and a fluid channel in a ball and a fluid channel with an external space as a gap outside the ball are respectively communicated with connecting ports of two kinds of exchange fluid on the shell. According to the design, the contact area is effectively enlarged, fluid channels are increased, the heat exchange efficiency is effectively improved, the structure is stable, the breaking strength is high, and the bearing capacity is high.
