The invention relates to a tire replacement estimation system and method. A tire replacement estimation system includes a tire supporting a vehicle. The sensor unit is mounted on the tire and includes a print center line length measurement sensor and a pressure sensor. A processor is in electronic communication with the sensor unit and receives the measured centerline length and the measured pressure. The electronic vehicle network transmits the selected vehicle parameters to a processor. A wear state predictor is stored on the processor and receives the measured centerline length, the measured pressure, and the selected vehicle parameters to generate an estimated wear state of the tire. A predictive model is stored on the processor and receives a plurality of estimated wear conditions of the tire and predicts future wear conditions of the tire. The pre-estimation model generates a pre-estimated tire replacement date when a predicted future wear state of the estimated tire exceeds a predetermined wear threshold.
