The invention provides a tilt-wing aircraft fuselage layout and a wing tilting mechanism, and relates to the technical field of tilt-wing aircrafts, the tilt-wing aircraft fuselage layout comprises an aircraft body trunk, a main wing is arranged at the top of the aircraft body trunk, and an empennage is arranged on one side, opposite to the main wing, of the top surface of the aircraft body trunk. By arranging a body trunk, a main wing, an empennage, a thrust engine, a vertical wing, a front undercarriage, a rear undercarriage and a wing tilting mechanism, the pitching of the main wing and the empennage is realized by utilizing the wing tilting mechanism, so that the lifting of the aircraft in gliding flight is realized; the vertical take-off and landing or hovering of the aircraft can be realized by pitching the main wing and the empennage to be vertical by arranging the wing tilting mechanism, and meanwhile, the rotation of the main wing and the empennage can be realized by arranging the wing tilting mechanism to fold the wings, so that the occupied space of the aircraft is minimum when the aircraft stops on the ground; and the gliding state and the multi-rotor state of the aircraft can be freely switched.
